To find out the current value of your home, you need a comparative market analysis (CMA).  I will provide a CMS analysis of your home when you contact me.  I evaluate similar, recently sold homes in your area, known as comparables or comps. I will research homes for sale near your house.  This report establishes a fair price range for the home you wish to sell.  I have to look at a fair amount of data on other homes in the current area to get an unbiased CMA report. I must make a list of comparables and then compare the comparables within a close range of homes similar to yours.  Other considerations are amenities, condition, location, and house size.  I will then be able to estimate the ideal value of your home.
